Cindy Morgan

Cindy Morgan has over 27 years of progressive work experience in various industries. Cindy is currently the Vice President of Learning & Organization Development at Penn Medicine, where they are responsible for aligning the culture of the organization with business objectives and leading a team of 40 practitioners. Cindy also served as the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer during the first seven months of the COVID-19 pandemic, overseeing HR professionals and launching HR transformation initiatives. Before joining Penn Medicine, Cindy held the position of Vice President of Organizational Development & Learning at NYU Langone Medical Center. Cindy also worked as a Director of Organizational Development at Visiting Nurse Service of New York and as a Principal Consultant at Akibia Consulting. In addition, Cindy has experience in the healthcare industry, having worked as the National Manager of Sales Training and Development at United Healthcare and as a Professional Medical Sales Representative at Wallace Labs. Cindy consistently achieved sales goals and earned recognition for their performance.

Cindy Morgan attended Hackettstown High School from 1984 to 1989. Cindy then studied at Rutgers University from 1989 to 1993, although their specific degree and field of study are unknown. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they attended the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and earned a Master of Science in Organization Development.
