Eric Hatton

Eric Hatton has over 20 years of work experience in recruitment and account management. Eric started their career as an Account Manager at NFI, where they managed logistics operations for BJ's Wholesale Club and Dear Park. After that, they worked as a Client Associate at Nielsen Marketing Analytics before joining MedStaff Healthcare Solutions as a Personal Placement Consultant. In 2006, they joined DoubleStar, Inc. as a Recruitment Consultant before transitioning to Einstein Healthcare Network as a Senior Recruitment Specialist. At Einstein Healthcare Network, they handled full life cycle recruitment and opened a new branch of MossRehab for Aria Health. In 2015, they returned to DoubleStar, Inc. as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Eric is currently working as a Lead Recruiter at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System.

Eric Hatton, SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Penn State University. In 2019, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter from AIRS.
