Gretchen Redline

Gretchen Redline, PharmD, is an experienced clinical pharmacist with a focus on critical care and extensive expertise in medication management and interdisciplinary collaboration. Currently serving as a Clinical Pharmacist (Per Diem) at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System since October 2021, Redline contributes to patient care for critically ill patients in the ICU through medication order reviews and safety monitoring. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Director at AstraZeneca from August 2021 to June 2025, where leadership in digital response strategy and support for medical inquiries were key responsibilities.
