Stephanie Orlando Subbio, MHA, FACHE, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality management and practice transformation within primary care settings. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and the Director of Practice Transformation at Penn Medicine since May 2019, Stephanie oversees budgeting, project planning, and staffing for practice transformation initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Clinical Integration Network Development at Tower Health Partners, and Director of Primary Care Network Development at Holy Redeemer Health System, focusing on provider alignment and practice management. Stephanie's career began in marketing and program management, with significant positions at Walgreens Co. and Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Center. Stephanie holds a Master in Health Administration from LSU Shreveport and a BA in Communication Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
