Amma Napier

Amma Napier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organization and talent development. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at the University of Pennsylvania since November 2016, Amma has also held the role of President at Amma Napier Associates from April 2013 to October 2016, where leadership development and professional coaching for mission-driven organizations were emphasized. Additionally, Amma has contributed as an Adjunct Professor at both Saint Joseph's University and the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on organization development and leadership courses. Prior roles include a Senior Associate at The Napier Group, and a Math Teacher in the School District of Philadelphia, where recognition was earned as New Teacher of the Year in 1993. Amma's early career includes experience as a Senior Project Engineer at Haley-Sherwood Mechanical Contractor.
