Andrea Zaleski

Andrea Zaleski currently serves as the Director of Audience Engagement at the University of Pennsylvania, a position held since August 2019, and previously worked as the Associate Director and Assistant Director of Admissions in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Prior to this, Zaleski was employed at Gettysburg College from August 2012 to July 2019, where roles included Associate Director of Admissions & Coordinator of International Student Admissions, Senior Assistant Director of Admissions, and Admissions Counselor, among others. Zaleski began a professional fellowship with the Eisenhower Institute, focusing on national security and intelligence policy, where responsibilities included organizing a speaker series and conducting research trips. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Policy from Gettysburg College, an Executive Master of Public Administration from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania, and a study abroad program in Comparative Education Policy and Social Change in Santiago, Chile.
