Bret Buckman

Bret Buckman is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Project Lead for Human Resources Information Management at the University of Pennsylvania since November 2018. In this role, Bret collaborates with HR leadership to implement advanced analytics tools and conducts thorough analyses of employment demographics across the university. Prior to this, Bret worked at Settlement Music School in various capacities, including Information Systems Analyst, Special Projects Consultant, and Executive Assistant, from August 2012 to October 2018. Bret also gained experience as an intern with the U.S. House of Representatives in 2011. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Temple University and studies at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
