Caitlin Adkins

Caitlin Adkins has extensive experience in higher education and human resources, currently serving as the Associate Director of The Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania since November 2014. Caitlin has held various roles at the university, including Alumni Relations Program Manager and Development and Alumni Relations Administrative Assistant at the Perelman School of Medicine, as well as Program Coordinator for the Penn Forum For Women Faculty. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Consultant for an independent human resources firm and as Human Resources Manager at 3.1 Phillip Lim, in addition to holding leadership roles at A.P.C. Caitlin Adkins holds a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Bard College.
