Esther H. Ra

Esther H. Ra, Ed.D., CCMC, CELDC, currently serves as a lecturer at The Wharton School, teaching in the Wharton Communications Program for Executive MBAs and MBAs since 2022. Esther is also the Associate Director of Career Services at the University of Pennsylvania, involved in several committees focused on diversity and inclusion. In addition to academic roles, Esther is a visiting professor at Seoul National University and has contributed as a content writer for both Simon & Schuster and HarperCollins Publishers, specializing in educational resources. As the CEO of ERa Coaching & Consulting, LLC, Esther provides coaching on various career-related topics. Esther's commitment to community service is reflected in her role as an Executive Board Member of Mustard Seed Generation, which addresses mental health literacy for Korean Americans and Asian Americans. Esther holds multiple degrees, including a Doctorate of Education in Language and Literacy from the University of Pennsylvania.
