Florence Onyiuke

Florence Onyiuke is currently serving as a Sophomore Summer Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company since May 2024 and holds the position of Perry World House Student Fellow at Perry World House since April 2023, where independent and group research on international diplomacy, economic policy, and human rights is conducted. Additionally, Florence acts as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee Chair at the University of Pennsylvania, leading initiatives to enhance student engagement with DEI topics. Responsibilities also include managing cultural programs as the Huntsman Program Manager at Kings Court English College House, acting as Vice Director for Black Wharton Consulting, where effective consulting practices are emphasized, and serving as a Near Peer Mentor for Formation Ventures, which focuses on empowering young black entrepreneurs. Florence is pursuing a degree in Finance and Multinational Management through The Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania, expected to graduate in May 2026.
