Holly Cronin is an experienced academic and professional with a diverse background in organizational dynamics, sustainability, and research. Currently serving as Affiliated Faculty in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania since 2016, Holly has previously held positions such as SESYNC Graduate Research Fellow at The National Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center from 2018 to 2022, and Sustainable Systems Strategist at Open Ocean Trading from 2013 to 2014. Additional experience includes serving as Research, Project & Admin Coordinator at The Wharton School and a Fulbright Research Fellow with the US State Department & Fulbright Canada. Holly's editorial experience includes roles at The Encyclopedia of New York City. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Geography and Neotropical Environment from McGill University, an MSc in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Psychology and History from Columbia University.
