Irene Estrada

Irene Estrada is a Program Manager at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, since October 2022, where responsibilities include onboarding new Community Health Workers and enhancing productivity among existing staff. As a Lead Community Health Worker at the University of Pennsylvania since May 2013, Irene has advanced through two promotions, serving as a representative in speaking engagements and contributing to impactful research outcomes. Previously, Irene worked as a Retention Employment Advisor at Pathways from February 2007 to December 2011, where responsibilities included tracking a significant portion of retention clients and supervising staff. Educational achievements include Customer Service Training from PathwaysPA, a degree from SUNY New Paltz, and certification as a Life Coach.
