Jean Findlay has extensive experience in higher education development and administration, having served as Executive Director of School and Center Annual Giving at the University of Pennsylvania from March 1988 to June 1990. Following that role, Findlay held various positions at Widener University, including Senior Director of Development and Office Systems Assistant for Law Annual Giving from February 1994 to August 1996. Additionally, Findlay worked as Associate Director at Harcum College from June 1990 to February 1994 and as Assistant Dean for Residential Life. Jean Findlay holds a B.A. and B.S. in History and Management from Cabrini University and an M.Ed. in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Temple University.
