Jode Beitler

JoDe Beitler has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as IT Technical Director at the University of Pennsylvania since March 2002, where leadership of a team focused on video productions and unified communications is a key responsibility. JoDe has guided the strategic transition from on-premises to cloud-hosted voice services and campus TV services. Previous roles at the university include Senior IT Manager for Unified Communications and Sr. Network Engineer, with a focus on network engineering research and development. Prior to this, JoDe was IT Director at the School of Engineering and Applied Science, managing network operations and security. JoDe's technical foundation includes a Master's degree in Telecommunications and Networking Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a concentration in computer science from Swarthmore College.
