Joy de Jesús

Joy De Jesús has extensive experience in finance and administration within higher education and development sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Associate Athletic Director for Finance and Administration/CFO and previously as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Finance and Internal Operations/CFO at the University of Pennsylvania, Joy has demonstrated a strong leadership role. Prior to that, experience at Temple University included serving as Associate Vice President for the Office of the EVP & COO and various positions related to finance, facilities, and operations. Joy's background also includes roles such as Development Director at PREIT, Director of Navy Yard Development at Liberty Property Trust, and Project Manager at Cooper's Ferry Partnership, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in financial oversight, project management, and strategic planning.
