Ruth Tal-Singer

Ruth Tal-Singer serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at Global Allergy & Airways Patient Platform since May 2023 and as a Lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania's Institute of Translational Medicine and Therapeutics since July 2023. Ruth is the President and Principal Consultant at TalSi Translational Medicine Consulting, LLC, providing advisory services in scientific research and clinical development. Previously, Ruth held several leadership roles at the COPD Foundation, including President of 360NET, where innovative advancements in lung disease care were prioritized. Ruth's extensive career at GSK included multiple executive positions, culminating in the role of VP of Medical Innovation. Educational credentials include a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and a nursing degree from Tel Aviv University, complemented by critical care nursing qualifications.
