Sean Higgins

Sean Higgins is an experienced human resources professional with a strong educational background, holding a Master's in Health Care Administration from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management from Widener University. Sean currently serves as the National Human Resources Manager at the University of Pennsylvania and has previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Director of Human Resources at Persante Health Care. Additionally, Sean has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor in Human Resources at both Rowan University and Rutgers University, and served as the Director of HR Advisory Services at Lourdes Health System.
