Bruno Schreiner

Bruno SCHREINER is an experienced professional currently serving as an Intervenant at the Centre national de la fonction publique territoriale (CNFPT) and the Université de Perpignan since October 2023 and September 2022, respectively. As the Directeur général adjoint at the Centre de gestion de la fonction publique territoriale de la Lozère (CDG48) since January 2022, Bruno assists the Director in their absence and contributes to defining the strategic direction of the establishment. Previous roles include responsibilities as Responsable de la Compagnie de Soutien Technique et Logistique and Chef du projet de préfiguration at Sdis, where Bruno developed foundational logistics support structures for firefighters in Moselle. Bruno's extensive background also includes leadership positions in the French armed forces and a solid educational foundation with a Master 2 in Management from IAE France and a professional license in organizational management from Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
