Kévin Liebart

Kévin Liebart is a communication and event coordination professional currently serving as the Coordinator for Communication and Entrepreneurial Innovation at EU|BIC Plein Sud Entreprises since January 2022. Responsibilities include supporting innovative businesses, developing strategic communication plans, enhancing the visibility of startups, and conducting project financing initiatives. Kévin serves on the Regional Youth Council for La Région Occitanie, engaging in policy evaluation, youth representation, and committee participation. Additionally, Kévin is involved in academia at Université de Perpignan, teaching various entrepreneurial and professional development modules. Past roles include project management in the social economy and public relations. Kévin holds a Master's degree in Social Intervention and Development as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Social Administration.
