Tom Horning

Tom Horning is currently the Responsable des ressources humaines at Leroy Merlin, where responsibilities include administrative management of personnel, contract management, and tracking schedules and absences. In addition, Tom holds the position of Chargé de communication & promotion de l'offre de formation at IAE Perpignan and serves as an Ambassadeur Communication at Université de Perpignan, where collaboration with the communication department focuses on promoting student life and events. Educational qualifications include a Master in Management and Administration of Enterprises with a focus on Human Resources from IAE Perpignan, as well as a Diplôme universitaire in Digital Marketing and a Licence in Economics and Management.
