Barry Bentley

Barry Bentley is the current VP of Finance & Business Affairs at the University of Pikeville. Prior to this, they were the VP/CFO of WFYI from October 2014 to June 2016. From November 2007 to October 2014, they were a finance/turnaround consultant at Hamernik. Barry was also the Asset Restructure Officer at Church Extension of the Church of God, Inc. from February 2002 to November 2007. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Vice President - Corporate Finance at Conseco from June 1998 to February 2002. Barry started their career at Church Extension of the Church of God, Inc. as the Treasurer in December 1990 and held that position until June 1998.

Barry Bentley graduated from Anderson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Management. Barry then went on to earn their MBA from the same school.

Barry Bentley reports to Burton J. Webb, University President. They are on a team with Lori Werth - Provost, David Hutchens - VP, Advancement & Alumni Relations, and Joe Kingery - Dean, Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine.
