Antonio PereiraTavares is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in bioengineering and biomedical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Associate at Wildtype since April 2022, Antonio has previously held multiple roles at VitroLabs Inc from June 2018 to April 2022, including Process Development Engineer II and Research Associate positions. Prior experience includes a role as a Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering Research Assistant at the University of Bridgeport, where Antonio developed a 3D bio-printer and managed lab operations. Additional experience encompasses lab assistance at the Office of The Medical Examiner and undergraduate research at Rutgers University, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Biomechanics and a Master of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Bridgeport.
