Ashlyn Salvage

Ashlyn Salvage is a Doctoral Student at the University of Pittsburgh, specializing in Social and Comparative Analysis in Education, and concurrently serves as a Community Engagement Intern at the University of Pittsburgh Global Studies Center. With extensive experience in educational management, Ashlyn has been the Manager of Education at the Children's Science Center since January 2021, overseeing educational programming and professional development, and previously managed outreach programs for Northern Virginia schools. Ashlyn's background includes roles such as STEM Educator, Summer Safari Captain at the Denver Zoological Foundation, and Eco-Rep Coordinator at Tufts University, where skills in curriculum design, sustainable practices, and community engagement were developed. Ashlyn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Art History from Tufts University in 2017.
