Cynthia Caldwell

Cynthia Caldwell is a legal and development professional with extensive experience in higher education and health sciences. Currently serving as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Development & Planned Giving at the University of Pittsburgh and UPMC since July 2013, Caldwell has held significant roles including Senior Director of Planned Giving and Charitable Relationship Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Planned Giving at the Medical and Health Sciences Foundation from July 2018 to October 2021, and working as an Associate Attorney at The Law Offices of Kathleen Schneider. Caldwell began legal career as a Certified Legal Intern and Equal Justice for America Fellow with Neighborhood Legal Services Association. Cynthia Caldwell holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. in European History from Dickinson College.
