Nicole Phillips Kocon

Nicole Phillips Kocon is an accomplished business and administrative leader with extensive experience in higher education and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Associate Dean of Business & Administration at the University of Pittsburgh, Nicole oversees business operations, finance, personnel, and facilities, while providing strategic guidance as part of the leadership team. Previously, Nicole held multiple roles at Duquesne University, culminating in the Director of Business & Administration position, leading operations for a unit with significant revenue. Additionally, Nicole's expertise extends to nonprofit consulting and company ownership, demonstrated through positions such as Vice President of Finance & Human Resources at Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania. Nicole is currently pursuing a Master of Studies in Law with a focus on Human Resources Law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
