Tito Carlos Vieira has extensive experience in higher education and public administration, currently serving as a senior executive at Universidade do Porto, where responsibilities include leadership in digital initiatives. Tito is involved with the Gaia-X Association for Data and Cloud as a national representative and holds the position of Board Member and Vice-President. As General Director at CEGER, Tito also contributes to national cybersecurity as a member of the Conselho Superior de Segurança do Ciberespaço and oversees the Electronic Certification Entity of the State.
