Tito Carlos Vieira

Tito Carlos Vieira has extensive experience in higher education and public administration, currently serving as a senior executive at Universidade do Porto, where responsibilities include leadership in digital initiatives. Tito is involved with the Gaia-X Association for Data and Cloud as a national representative and holds the position of Board Member and Vice-President. As General Director at CEGER, Tito also contributes to national cybersecurity as a member of the Conselho Superior de Segurança do Ciberespaço and oversees the Electronic Certification Entity of the State. Within the University of Porto, Tito has directed both the Digital University and Information and Communication Technology services, and has held teaching positions at the Faculty of Engineering. Tito's educational credentials include a PhD course in Informatics Engineering and advanced management training from the Instituto Nacional de Administração.
