Charlotte Lystor

Charlotte Lystor is a Senior Teaching Fellow at the University of Portsmouth since September 2022, following a 12-year tenure at the University of Winchester where roles included Senior Lecturer in Marketing and Programme Leader for BA (Hons) Marketing and BA (Hons) Fashion, Media: Marketing. Notable achievements include leading modules in Relationship Marketing and Integrated Marketing Communications, significantly improving National Student Survey scores, and maintaining high student satisfaction ratings. Prior experience includes lecturing at Southampton Solent University and a focus on various marketing programs for diverse student demographics. Charlotte holds a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and Training, a Master's in Communication Design, and a BA Hons in Marketing, Media, and Design, all from the University of Southampton and Solent University.
