Denise Wilkins

Denise Wilkins has extensive experience in the catering industry, currently serving as Catering Manager (Operations) at the University of Portsmouth since September 1996, where Denise has a strong operational focus and a passion for the role. Prior to this, Denise worked as a Mess Manager at HMS Deadulas from February 1990 to January 1996, managing events and dining for military personnel. Denise's career began as a Chef Manager at Micro Focus in Newbury, Berkshire, from January 1984 to February 1990, where responsibilities included providing meals for over 300 staff daily. Denise obtained a General Catering Certificate and additional qualifications from Oxford College of Further Education from 1981 to 1983 and completed secondary education at Icknield Secondary School in Wantage, Oxfordshire.
