Derek Thomas has over 20 years of experience in CRM management, data insights, and operational support, currently serving as the CRM & Data Insights Manager at the University of Portsmouth since September 2019. In this role, Derek focuses on enhancing the prospective student experience through Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
