Jenny Brady is a seasoned entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in coaching, training, and facilitating for a diverse range of clients, including researchers and business owners. As the founder of Jenny Brady Coaching since 2004, Jenny has helped individuals navigate challenges and build meaningful career plans. Current roles include Learning Facilitator and Trainer at P2T Consulting, where collaboration with researcher development managers drives innovative training programs, and Online MSc Tutor in Entrepreneurship at the University of Portsmouth, focusing on the education of MSc students. Previous positions include Enterprise Advisor at Newcastle University, managing projects aimed at enhancing researchers' career paths and capabilities, along with roles at Northumbria University and Leeds Beckett University, and ownership of an award-winning boutique. Jenny holds a BSc (HONS) in Information and Communication Management from Northumbria University.
