Katharine Downie, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Technical Advisor at Cowater International for the SPARC programme and the Ethiopia TSTP, and as a Senior Quantitative Survey Specialist at the University of Portsmouth, focusing on the prevalence of violence against women and girls in South Sudan.
