Kristian Band

Kristian Band is a seasoned professional in user experience design with extensive experience at the University of Portsmouth, from January 2019 to the present. In the role of Recruitment Marketing and Communications User Experience Designer, Kristian leads research-driven design efforts to enhance user experience. Previously, as a Senior User Experience Designer in Digital Solutions and Delivery, focused on creating user-centric digital experiences. Earlier positions included technical analysis and user experience assistance, where Kristian successfully enhanced the university's web presence and led various UX testing and improvement initiatives. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from the University of Portsmouth, Kristian also has prior experience in web development, IT support, and sales roles across various organizations.
