Leon Marrett, MBA, BE, PE has extensive experience in engineering and maintenance management. Leon has held various roles such as Engineering Services Manager at the Bank of Jamaica, Engineering Manager at ArcelorMittal Point Lisas Limited, and Senior Project Engineer at Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission. Currently, as the Reactive Maintenance Manager at the University of Portsmouth, Leon oversees the maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and corporate policies. Leon also has a background in managing energy consumption and implementing computerized maintenance management systems.
