Neville Merritt

Neville Merritt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as the Director at Pure Potential since May 2016, Merritt has expanded the consultancy’s services to include skills development in marketing and selling. Additionally, Merritt holds the position of Entrepreneur In Residence at the University of Portsmouth, assisting students and alumni in developing business ideas. Previously, Merritt served as Chairman and Non-Executive Director at Koolskools and contributed as an Associate Advisor for the Enterprise M3 Growth Hub. With prior experience at Advanced, Aspera Solutions Ltd., Chelford Group plc, and SSI, Merritt has demonstrated expertise in ERP and supply chain solutions, sales and marketing strategies, and team leadership. Educated at the University of Nottingham with a BA in Geography and Economics, Merritt’s extensive career reflects a strong commitment to fostering business growth and operational excellence.
