Currently, Robert serves as Co-Founder of Entertainment Events, which supports charitable causes while producing affordable entertainment. Additionally, Robert is a Governor at Churcher's College, a Human Resources Specialist at Global PMI Partners, and a Visiting Professor at the University of Portsmouth, where the focus is on aligning academic research with industry needs. As Director of ROBERT INGRAM HR LTD, Robert consults internationally on leadership and HR infrastructure, having completed numerous significant transformation projects in various sectors.
