Ivy Heward-Mills APR, MCIPR, MBA is a seasoned professional in international education and protocol consulting, currently serving as Director at the Center For International Education and Collaboration at the University of Professional Studies, Accra since September 2019. Ivy has held multiple roles at UPSA, including Lecturer and Business Coach, as well as Deputy Director of Public Affairs. In addition to academic involvement, Ivy is the Founder and Executive Director of Insignis Protocol, which specializes in international protocol consulting and executive development since June 2017. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and various certifications from prestigious institutions, including the Ghana Institute of Journalism and the International Etiquette & Protocol Academy of London.
