Erhan Aslan

Erhan Aslan is an accomplished academic in the field of Applied Linguistics, currently serving as an Associate Professor at the University of Reading since September 2016, where responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses and overseeing the BA Program in English Language and Linguistics as well as departmental teaching and learning initiatives. Concurrently, Erhan lectures at University College London, supervising pre-service MA TESOL students. Previous experience includes teaching academic English to international students at INTO University of South Florida and various instructional roles at the University of South Florida, complemented by positions in English language instruction at Wall Street Institute Türkiye. Erhan holds a PhD in Second Language Acquisition and Instructional Technology from the University of South Florida, along with a Master’s in Applied Linguistics from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor’s in English Linguistics from Hacettepe University.
