Wendy Bucci

Wendy Bucci has extensive experience in leadership roles within educational and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer for URI Foundation & Alumni Engagement since February 2009, Wendy also held the position of Interim President/CEO in addition to previous roles, including Interim President and Prospect Research Manager at the UNIVERSITY OF RHODE ISLAND FOUNDATION. Earlier experience includes working as Production Coordinator for University Advancement at the University of Rhode Island and chairing the South Kingstown School Committee. Wendy's career began in technical writing and project administration with the American Mathematical Society and Management Information Corporation. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Rhode Island.
