Kathleen Hughes

Kathleen Hughes has been a Trustee at the University of Richmond since February 2020. Prior to that, they were the Boston Regional Coordinator at Budget Buddies, Inc. from December 2018 to February 2020. From February 2012 to February 2016, they were a Family Learning Tutor and Assistant Coordinator at Kingston Adult Education, where they planned, designed, and delivered Family Learning provision. Kathleen was also a Financial Capability Coordinator at Kingston Citizens Advice Bureaux from November 2008 to January 2013. In addition, Kathleen has experience as a mediator, having worked at Merton & Sutton Mediation from January 2008 to April 2016. Kathleen has also been a Trustee / Volunteer at Big Brothers Big Sisters, UK since January 1997. Prior to that, they were a Productivity Consultant / Lender at Bank of America (legacy Bank of Boston) from January 1986 to December 1995.

Kathleen Hughes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Boston College, as well as a degree in adult and continuing education and teaching from Merton College.
