Zara Sibtain

Zara Sibtain has extensive experience in higher education administration, currently serving as Associate Dean of Westhampton College at the University of Richmond since August 2018, after previously holding the position of Assistant Dean. Prior to this role, Zara held various positions at the College of William & Mary from June 2013 to August 2018, including Assistant Director of Parent and Family Programs and Graduate Assistant for the Office of First-Year Experience. Zara's career in higher education began at Randolph College, where Zara was Coordinator for International Student Orientation from August 2010 to May 2013. Zara Sibtain holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education Administration from William & Mary (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Randolph College (2009-2013).
