Beth Poland

Beth Poland is an experienced professional in human resources and talent engagement, currently serving as a Talent Engagement Associate at the University of Rochester Advancement since March 2020. Previous roles at the University of Rochester included Human Resources Administrative Assistant and Employment Liaison, where responsibilities encompassed administrative support, compliance, and consultation on hiring practices.
