Ebrahim Tarshizi

Ebrahim Tarshizi, PhD, MBA, currently serves as the Director of the Center for Digital Civil Society and Director of Applied Artificial Intelligence MS Program at the University of San Diego, where responsibilities include supervising graduate programs and leading initiatives that engage students and faculty in addressing global challenges through data. Ebrahim also holds roles as Director of Applied Data Science MS Program and Director of DAV and PDE Certificates, alongside serving as a Core Adjunct II Faculty member at National University and as a Technical Advisor for various organizations, including Minetelligence.ai and Darroch Medical Solutions. With extensive academic and consulting experience, Ebrahim has contributed to multiple programs and projects across data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, supporting community-driven educational initiatives and research in both academic and industrial contexts. Ebrahim's educational background includes multiple degrees in data science, business administration, mining engineering, and geo-engineering from institutions such as Michigan Technological University and the University of Nevada, Reno.
