Jessica Guerrero

Jessica Guerrero is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in academic support and student services. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at the University of San Diego, Jessica provides guidance to approximately 150 graduate students, facilitates orientations, mentors students on academic decisions, and manages course scheduling using systems such as Degree Works and Banner. Previous experience includes roles as a Program Assistant and Student Services Specialist, where Jessica advised over 1,000 international students, coordinated orientations, and organized graduation events while maintaining compliance with FERPA. Additionally, as a Junior Brand Manager, Jessica significantly enhanced social media engagement and client relations. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from San Diego State University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Higher Education Leadership at the University of San Diego.
