Kimya Massey

Kimya Massey currently serves as the Associate Vice President and Executive Director of Athletics at the University of San Diego, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Kimya Massey worked at Oregon State University from August 2015 to April 2024, where responsibilities included Deputy Athletic Director/COO and Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development, overseeing various sports and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Academic Services at the University of Central Florida and Assistant Director at the University of Memphis. Kimya Massey began a career at Indiana University as Assistant Athletic Director for Academic Services and initially worked as an Academic Advisor and LEAP Coordinator at Michigan State University. Kimya Massey holds a Master's degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Sport Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Sociology, both from Michigan State University.
