Alina Flores

Alina Flores is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Manager of Administration in the Office of Development at the University of San Francisco since April 2020, where responsibilities include supervising staff, collaborating on administrative functions, and improving data management processes for major gift fundraising. Previously held positions include Program Assistant V, Development Associate at the University of San Francisco, Digital Asset Coordinator at The RealReal, and Global Web Intern at Benefit Cosmetics. Alina also has experience in residential education, having worked as a Resident Advisor and Residential Tutor Advisor. Alina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of San Francisco and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Organization and Leadership at the same institution.
