Daniela Tempesta

Adjunct Faculty - Masters Program In Counseling Psychology at University of San Francisco

Daniela Tempesta is the founder of The Tempesta Group, established in July 2017, which integrates psychotherapy with results-oriented coaching for young adults. In addition to this role, Daniela serves as an adjunct faculty member teaching "Counseling Methods" at the University of San Francisco, beginning January 2023, and previously taught psychology and counseling at Holy Names University from January 2010 to January 2023. Daniela's experience includes operating a private psychotherapy practice from 2008 to 2017, where a focus on helping young professionals became a passion. Daniela has also contributed to The Huffington Post as a blogger between October 2013 and July 2016, and operated Boncora Biscotti from October 2014 to May 2016. Additional experience includes roles at StarVista as a clinical supervisor and program manager and as a mental health social worker at Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree from Stanford University and an MSW from the University of Southern California.
