Mary Coen

Mary Coen serves as the Director of the Undergraduate Teacher Education Center at the University of San Francisco since November 2019, bringing extensive experience to the role, having also held the position of Administrative Director for the center since June 2007. The Undergraduate Teacher Education Center promotes collaborative learning and critical pedagogy, equipping future teachers to succeed in urban education and act as agents of social justice. Mary Coen holds a Master's Degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Mount Saint Vincent.
