Chris Gaschler is the Director & Chief Enterprise Architect, Identity & Data Management at University of Saskatchewan. Chris has previous experience working as the Manager of Application Development, Integration and Data Service at University of Saskatchewan from June 2012 to November 2013. Chris was also the Technical Lead / Systems Analyst - Identity Management from December 2002 to December 2012. Prior to that, Chris worked as a Programmer Analyst at the Canadian Cooperative Wildlife Health Centre from August 2000 to December 2004 where they were responsible for software development for the National West Nile Virus surveillance system and the Provincial Chronic Wasting Disease system. Chris Gaschler started their professional career as a Financial Clerk at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency from May 1999 to April 2000.

Chris Gaschler completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General at the University of Saskatchewan. Chris then completed a certification in Lean Black Belt from the EZSigma Group and a certification in TOGAF 9.1 Certified from The Open Group.

Chris Gaschler reports to Peter Stoicheff, President & Vice-Chancellor. They work with Greg Fowler - VP, Finance & Resources, Gary Brunet - Director, IT Support Services, and George Foufas - Director, Consumer Services.
