Ghazal Mousavian

Ghazal Mousavian currently serves as a Research Assistant at Urban Public Health Network since August 2024, and simultaneously holds the positions of Teacher Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Saskatchewan since January 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Researcher at the HIV/STI Surveillance Research Center and WHO Collaborating Center for HIV Surveillance from January 2015 to October 2022, as well as serving as an Epidemiologist at the Iranian National Center for Addiction Studies and WHO Collaborating Center from August 2020 to January 2022. Additionally, Ghazal Mousavian worked as a Data Analyst at a cancer registry between November 2017 and August 2020. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Saskatchewan, a Master's degree in Epidemiology from Kerman University of Medical Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz (Jundi Shapur).
