Ricky Critcher

Ricky Critcher is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in information technology management. Currently serving as IT Manager at the University of South Australia since 2003, Ricky has previously held the position of ITIL Incident Coordinator at Information Strategy Technology and Services within the same institution from 2005 to 2008. Earlier in Ricky's career, a Computer Officer role was undertaken at the Dept of Genetics, Cambridge University, from November 2000 to April 2003. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Microbiology from the University of Adelaide, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
